Sports Day - The morning of Wednesday 17th June.  Please can you child come in full P.E with a house colour t-shirt.

PTA Foam Party - After school on Friday 19th June.

PTA Summer Fayre - After school on Friday 3rd July.

Sun Safety

We will be spending lots of time outdoors and we are hoping for a warm and sunny summer term.  For all Nursery and Reception, please apply a high factor sun cream each morning before coming to school.  We are unable to apply cream to your child.  Please also send in a labelled sun hat each day.

For Reception children, if you wish your child to top up their cream at lunch time, please send in a roll-on version to leave in school (with their name on it), as your child will be applying the cream themselves with guidance from us.

P.E

P.E day for Nursery and Reception is a Wednesday.  Please can your child come to school wearing their P.E clothes which is:

• Trainers with Velcro

• Black/navy long shorts, leggings or tracksuit bottoms

• House colour t-shirt and jumper/fleece/hoody. 

If you’re not sure of your child’s house colour, then please come and ask.  Thank you!

Staffing

Our Early Years unit is called 'Cherry Class'.  This class includes our Nursery and Reception children.  The morning session is held in the large classroom off the playground and in the afternoon Reception Cherry Class will be in the portacabin classroom at the front of the school.

​

The class teachers are Miss Tingay and Mrs Johnson (job share), with Mrs Williams as the LSA.​​
