Welcome to our year 3 class page. Here you will find useful information to help your child. Please also look at the year 3 homework page for more information.

Class Topic
Our class topic for Spring 1 is 'Hot and cold places.' We will be looking at hot and cold deserts. We will be finding out about animals that live in these extreme environments. Thank you to those of you who have found out more about our topic at home. We have enjoyed listening to your presentations and looking at your powerpoints.

Homework
Spellings-every Monday your child will bring home spellings. Please practise the spellings with your child ready for a spelling test the following Monday. 
Reading-your child will bring home a reading book from school. Please read daily with your child and encourage them to read extra books that interest them too.
